Is Justice and Human rights only for defendants and criminals

I have just come home from the Labour party woman's conferounce in Liverpool.I felt like it was the place to get support and attention for the Campaign "Please Enjoy Don't Destroy" and to shout out and speak up for the voice of the victim and there family's. AS its them who have to pick up all the pieces in the aftermath of crime and the serous injured abroad.

However I was unable to get a place at the main Labour party conferounce where there was to be a justice meeting which I was told would cover the human rights of the resent defendants in the riots and other subject like prisoner's pay being docked to give to the victim's etc.Can I ask is there any justice in this world as it seams like only if you are a criminal do you get on the agender. It also seams that the human rights for victim's and there family's are still buried for well and truly in the past.

Mr Miliband was it not you that spoke up for a victim's family recently in the press and also spoke about that same victim's family at the Woman's conferounce and the fact that because you did they had there victim's voice heard.???

Mr Miliband its time to speak louder then words and put a working practice in place now like the EU victim's proposals to safe guard the victim and there family's that are left to fend for there selves in the aftermath .

Lets hope this hand of support was not just for the papers and the Media and that all the other victim's and there family's get your support for justice for there family's as well.
