It was his first trip out side of his cramped and very over crowed ward.
He was unaware of his surroundings, paralyzed and could not speak, However still happy to be around his family.

This is one of the photos that really upsets me. when I see Robbie like this. How dare they think they can do this terribe crime to another human being. Keep going Robbie, you sweet man!
